Application Form for ACNS Training Centre
The application is open to any Neurosurgical centre with capability in providing training attachment for Neurosurgeons in Asia.
A site visit by two appointed inspectors will be arranged prior to approval.
Each appointment is valid for 2 years and subjected to reassessment by the board later.
The Program Director and Trainee are required to submit their report within 2 months after completion of training.
The appointed ACNS training centres are encouraged to collaborate amongst themselves for multicentre studies andresearch.
